Unused credits are refundable within 7 days.
Unused ARCEN Credits are refundable within 7 days of purchase. A credit is considered used once it has been applied to a matter readiness workspace. Used credits are not refundable unless required by law. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
