Secure evidence intake and review

ARCEN turns messy workplace evidence into structured review material.

ARCEN helps businesses, advisers, investigators, franchisors, and workplace professionals organise scattered records, preserve source traceability, identify missing information, build chronologies, and prepare review-ready matter packs.

The engine structures. AI assists. Humans decide.

Who ARCEN Is For

ARCEN is for teams that need to understand workplace records before decisions, advice, findings, or corrective action are considered.

Multi-site operators
Useful where records are spread across locations, managers, rosters, incident notes, payroll files, and local communications. ARCEN helps central teams see what exists, what is missing, and what needs review.
Franchisors and franchise networks
Helps networks prepare workplace matter records without losing source traceability across franchisee files, field notes, communications, compliance material, and support records.
Workplace investigators
Supports intake, classification, chronology building, gap identification, and review pack preparation before human investigators assess facts, credibility, scope, and next steps.
HR teams and people managers
Helps organise complaints, performance records, meeting notes, rosters, messages, emails, policy documents, and handwritten material into a structured matter view.
Employment lawyers and advisers
Prepares a source-linked brief so legal and advisory professionals can review the actual record set, missing evidence, timeline, and supporting material more efficiently.
Payroll, compliance, and audit teams
Supports review of timesheets, payslips, rosters, approvals, contracts, policy records, and related communications where the evidence trail matters.
Care, disability, and support providers
Helps handle sensitive workplace and service-related records where incident notes, appointments, staff records, communications, and source preservation need careful control.
Small and medium businesses
Gives smaller teams a structured way to prepare workplace matter records without relying on ad hoc folders, scattered emails, or memory-based timelines.

Problems ARCEN Solves

Most workplace matters start with incomplete, duplicated, unsupported, or hard-to-verify records. ARCEN turns that mess into a reviewable structure.

Scattered documents
Records often sit in email inboxes, shared drives, screenshots, payroll systems, phones, notebooks, and local folders. ARCEN pulls them into a controlled matter intake path.
Unclear timelines
Events, messages, meetings, warnings, shifts, approvals, and complaints can be out of order. ARCEN creates chronology candidates linked back to source records.
Missing evidence
ARCEN flags absent records, missing metadata, uncertain dates, unsupported documents, and unresolved source gaps so reviewers know what still needs attention.
Chaotic document dumps
Large folders and mixed uploads are converted into Vault Intake Batches, with originals preserved and working copies processed where required.
Duplicates and unsupported files
Duplicate files are flagged, not deleted. Unsupported or unreadable files are quarantined but visible, so missing evidence is not hidden.
Handwritten notes and uncertain records
Handwriting, scribbles, scans, and uncertain extraction are confidence-scored and routed to human review until confirmed.

How ARCEN Works

The product system starts with a Secure Matter Vault and moves toward review material only after preservation, hashing, classification, and traceability controls.

Secure Matter Vault
The controlled location where users drop, upload, or later connect approved storage. Originals are preserved before any processing occurs.
Vault Intake Batch
A grouped intake run that records which files entered, when they entered, who provided them, and which matter they belong to.
Vault File
A preserved file record with hash, source metadata, storage reference, duplicate status, quarantine status, and audit trail.
Document Dump Purifier
Processes working copies to classify files, detect duplicates, flag unsupported material, identify metadata gaps, and prepare source candidates.
Source Register
Creates reviewable source entries so each document, scan, image, email, or note can be linked back to its original vault file.
Chronology
Builds candidate events from extracted, inferred, or reviewer-confirmed dates, people, locations, and records.
Evidence Gaps
Shows missing records, unclear metadata, unsupported files, unreadable material, and unresolved handwriting or classification questions.
Review Pack
Prepares a structured pack for human review with source links, chronology candidates, gaps, duplicate registers, quarantine registers, and audit context.
Human Review
Lawyers, investigators, auditors, payroll specialists, HR professionals, and decision-makers review, confirm, reject, or request more information.

Secure Vault Intake

Users drop, upload, or connect files into the Secure Matter Vault first. The Document Dump Purifier processes a Vault Intake Batch from that vault. Files do not bypass preservation, hashing, custody, or audit controls.

Document Dump Purifier

ARCEN preserves originals, hashes files, flags duplicates, classifies documents, quarantines unsupported or unreadable files, flags missing metadata, detects handwriting and scribbles, creates source register candidates, and sends uncertain material to review.

Supported Material

ARCEN is designed for mixed workplace records, including formal documents, communications, images, scans, and records that need human confirmation.

Documents
PDFs, letters, contracts, policies, incident reports, witness statements, rosters, payslips, timesheets, procedures, and review documents.
Communications
Emails, message exports, screenshots, photos of messages, workplace correspondence, notices, meeting records, and supporting communication trails.
Handwritten and scanned material
Scans, photos, handwritten notes, scribbles, marked-up documents, whiteboard photos, signed forms, and reviewer-required handwriting records.
Calendar and appointment material
Appointment records, calendar files, shift records, meeting invitations, event references, attendance material, and timeline-supporting records.
Unsupported or unknown files
Unknown, encrypted, corrupt, unreadable, or unsupported files are quarantined but visible so reviewers can decide what needs conversion, replacement, or follow-up.

What ARCEN Produces

ARCEN produces structured review material. It does not produce legal findings or final decisions.

Source Register
A source-linked list of records, each tied back to the original vault file, source metadata, hash, status, and review context.
Chronology
A candidate timeline of events, dates, people, locations, and record references, tagged as extracted, inferred, or reviewer-confirmed.
Evidence Gap Report
A record of missing, uncertain, unsupported, conflicting, or incomplete information that needs reviewer attention or further source collection.
Document Classification Summary
A summary of record types and categories, such as payslip, roster, email, policy, incident report, note, contract, or unknown item.
Duplicate Register
A list of duplicate or near-duplicate document hashes. Duplicates are flagged for review and are not deleted.
Quarantine Register
A visible list of unsupported, unreadable, encrypted, corrupt, or uncertain files that need conversion, replacement, or review.
Metadata Review Queue
Items with missing dates, authors, recipients, source systems, capture context, or other metadata needed for reliable review.
Handwriting Review Queue
Handwritten notes, scribbles, scans, and low-confidence extraction results that remain reviewer-required until confirmed.
Matter Review Pack
A structured matter pack containing source references, chronology candidates, gap reports, classification summaries, quarantine and duplicate registers, and review notes.
Audit Record
A matter activity record showing intake, access, processing, review, custody, legal hold, export guard, and controlled export actions.
Export Pack
A controlled export package prepared only after required custody, traceability, gap, and reviewer sign-off conditions are satisfied.

Business Use Cases

ARCEN helps teams prepare messy workplace matter material before professional review, investigation, advice, audit, or internal decision-making.

Franchise workplace matter
Organise franchisee records, field notes, rosters, payroll files, policy documents, correspondence, and incident material into a source-linked matter pack.
Payroll record review
Review payslips, timesheets, rosters, employment terms, approvals, leave records, and related communications for missing records and chronology issues.
Workplace complaint
Prepare complaint records, witness statements, meeting notes, emails, screenshots, policies, and chronology candidates for human review.
Investigation preparation
Convert document dumps into source registers, issue maps, candidate timelines, unresolved gaps, and review-ready material for investigators.
Legal or adviser brief
Prepare a source-linked package that helps advisers see what exists, what is missing, what is uncertain, and what requires professional judgement.
Internal audit or compliance review
Structure records for internal review while preserving originals, custody, traceability, quarantine visibility, and controlled export boundaries.
Product boundary

ARCEN supports review. It does not replace judgement.

ARCEN organises records, preserves source traceability, identifies possible gaps, and prepares structured review material. It does not make legal findings, determine fault, decide compliance, confirm misconduct, or replace lawyers, investigators, auditors, payroll specialists, HR professionals, or decision-makers.
